Oleksiy Kapusta – the playing coach. The manager who has created successful business and successful sales departments
Oleksiy Kapusta has been heading Standart Publishing House – one of the biggest and the most successful specialized publishing houses in Ukraine – since 1997. Standart PH is famous in Ukraine and Russia for its monthly magazines New Marketing and Company management.
Oleksiy Kapusta has two degrees: the bachelor of journalism from Kyiv State University and MBA from Kiyv-Mohyla Business School. He is the author of several articles on general management, time-management, marketing, personal effectiveness and sales.
During last 15 years has participated or has personally created sales departments for several subsidiaries of Standart PH: magazines subscription sales, ad sales, print services sales, conferences and master-classes sales and other.
In 2006 Standart PH founded “Direct sales department” (call center) in Kirovograd (300 km away from Kyiv). Sales office in Kirovorgad passed through brake-even point 4 month after the date of launch. Now the main operational indicators of Kirovograd office exceed those of Kiev.
Since 2008 Oleksiy has provided consultancy for the Standart’s partners on direct sales management. Since January 09 has provided open and corporate trainings tied specifically to the necessities of the client on sales management and personal effectiveness.
